Our Story

We are a vision born out of the need for something better. A need created from years of falsehoods, broken promises, and clever advertisements. We are the voice of truth and reason in a world of extremes. A collective that follows a hybrid philosophy that combines the best features of the various fitness methodologies, creating an ideal environment and set of tools in which anyone can use to achieve their fitness goals.

It is our belief that our first responsibility is to the people we serve. Therefore we must strive to provide the utmost quality in everything we do. We must contribute positively to the communities we serve, not just our immediate one, but the global community as well. We must encourage improvements in health education, and pioneer advancements in the science behind what we do. We must lead the charge for change in the standards by which our industry operates, along with devising new methods to reach those whom have not yet experienced the joys and benefits of being physically fit. We must hold true to all of these edicts so to further the betterment of those whom we serve.
